The FX in trade… hmmm… now there’s an idea!

I have another vehicle so it wouldn’t be a big deal… However, being the holidays I wouldn't expect someone to be working on a prototype for our cars either. I guess the New Year will bring us goods things! At least 1 good thing = a b!thcin bumper that kicks @ss on the other option(s)!!!

I will patiently wait – let me know when you are ready Viet

That's a good idea. Pick it up at Competition Soundworks for me, you might have to pay the bill to get it though.

You will not be forgotten. I try my best to do what I say I'm going to do. Your appointment with the shop is Monday 1/7/08. I have the 03-04 bumper already at the shop waiting to get hacked up.

On the most recent install. We were able to keep the foam in place. The first 2 we didn't think it would fit, but we tried this time and it fit nice and snug with a little shaving.

I don't care about the foam! I don't even have the bumper anymore because of the huge @ss greddy IC.

lol, yes I know you have a huge @ss intercooler. The foam is a good thing for those with a crash bar. Helps with install so the hard edges of the crash bar don't gouge or make things more difficult than it should be. If it fits around the foam it's easier to install. I still have my foam, and if it were not there taking the bumper on and off would be a little more difficult solo.

Very true. I just felt like being a smart @ss tonight.

To be honest I would like to mod and have a bumper/foam again too.

I like the fact that the "classy" yet "aggressive" 05-06 bumpers doesn’t have a GIANT opening that looks odd without an inner cooler... I hope the 03-04 keeps that approach. I’ve seen so many bumpers (primarily coupes) that are cool - but look complete "wannabe" without FI/innercooler... kinda retarded having a giant opening and nothing there... In fact – I might like to see the 03-04 be slightly shorter opening (top to bottom) maybe with top center line even with top right and left openings lines?…

Sorry ttrank - not trying to shun your needs... but you have something that works for you already

The 05-06 revision is a completely new mold. There were too many changes to just make adjustments to the mold. We decided to just make a new mold.

The 03-04 seems shorter than the 05-06. Will do a side by side comparison pic of the oem bumpers next week.
