This is untouched straight out of the mold. Did a quick drill out of the top 2 mount points so there are clips in there, sides are just drilled to receive the mount hole no bolts holding the sides in.

Tape off

Foam is retained, slight shaving of that, and slight shaving of a tiny bit of the crash bar that goes below the horizontal crash bar. Nothing that takes away the crash bar integrity. The height is just like the mock ups, I have a gate behind me so could not take shot from further back.

Eddie, will know tomorrow when your bumper will be ready. They have space to store it until it is completed.

Headlights look good. The fender/sidemarker area looks off a bit.

Uh, no bolts. Sidemarker bracket has to be riveted onto the bumper to bolt it in completely.

Next to last pic has a good size gap under the headlight but the sidemarker is flush. That's going to be a good amount of flex on that glass to make it fit under the headlight and not stick out where the sidemarker was.

I had the same problem (but way worse) with my current bumper and I ended up having to cut and remold it.

You are reading that the side mounting points are not mounted right? The plastic receiver nut is the only thing holding the sides in. We held it out and it looked good.

I'll just send it back to mold. Scrap the projects.

Yeah I see that it's just placed on there. My concern is more of how are you going to get it to sit flush under the headlight and still keep the sidemarker flush with just the two screws? Seems like the mold is off a little in that area.

I'm just going off the pics so I'm sure there is more I'm not seeing. I just had such a hard time with my impul one I look for these kind of things on the next time around.

Don't even joke about scraping the project!!! I will come to the shop and beg for one!

hehe, just joking. I'll double check the area you're mentioning. When we did the quick drill out of the mounting holes that sides hole was a little off. We need to get a perfect measurement of where the hold needs to be so we can put indentions in the mold.

You had me scared for a second. You are not the kind of guy who gets upset when someone points something like that out so I will admit you had me.
