2004 G35 Sedan Questions

Hey guys so i just picked up a 2004 G35 Sedan and i had 2 questions. i am looking to put in a indash tv. the type of tv i want to put in is one of those doube din tv's not the indash fold out ones. but i noticed with the stock stereo and the cluster there is all attached in one piece. Do i have to cut out that area to fit the tv in or is there a aftermarket piece i can order.

my second question is my car is automatic and i really don't like the shifter and want to put a shift **** on. how hard is it to remove the stock one and put in an aftermarket one?

thanks a million guys to whoever can answer my questions

You will need the JDM center dash bezel and the JDM A/C controls.

I have done a few of these for my car and friends.
