05-06 DIY head unit removal 5AT
Hi all,
I'm in the process of installing a bluetooth kit (Parrot MK6100) into my car and while I was at it, I decided to do a comprehensive tutorial on how to remove the radio for the sedan 5AT. Hopefully this will encourage the DIYers who are hesitant to take that leap and take a crack at it.
I just wanted to share with you all what I have so far. I will also be making another tutorial for how to install the Parrot MK6100 for those that are interested.

Damn this is an old thread - I came across this by chance.
Ask and you shall receive.

Also worth mentioning is if you install the MK6100, make sure you install the double-mic and not use the one on the oled screen. There are audio issues with the one on the screen. Easy to mount the mic...I ran it over the driver's seat visor.
