what a dumbazz dealer selling this G with an inoperable driver seat. That is somewhat of a safety issue. Glad you walked away. They have no pride in the pre-owned crap they are selling. I hope they never sell this car and it goes to auction.

+1. I've never been to a dealer that wasn't willing to negotiate repairs into a deal. They really expected someone to drive the car off the lot with the seat in that fixed position... Ridiculous....

They didn't even try to negotiate. The dealer is Schaumburg Audi in Schaumburg, IL. My wife could not ever test drive the car because she could not reach the gas pedal. Now I'm upset...I have to prank call them!

Thanks. I know to avoid that dealership now.... Have you checked Infiniti of Lisle (a little pricier) or Luxury Motors? LM usually has pretty good prices on the G's....I bought mine from the one in downtown Chicago.

I went to the Infiniti Super Store in Lisle. They are pricey! I saw a 2004 G35, but it was dirty inside, I made a comment to the salesman on how dirty it was, the salesman got really embarrassed. There are so many, I'll find one. I really like the way drive!

Ooops - the powertrain warranty is 72/70k. I forgot thats one reason I bought this car instead of another VW or even leased a G.

DROP me your VIN number in a PM and I will get you price on the part (Will be almost half what your local dealer is charging for it I bet)

IJason - have an 03 g35 sedan, VIN JNKCV51E63M321932. Power seat (passenger side) will tilt and go forward, just not back. Searched around for answers and noted this thread. If I need the switch, can you PM the p/n and cost? Thanks in advance for your help.

The Luxury Motors Infiniti dealer (Goldcoast Infiniti) in downtown Chicago is officially closed. I received a letter from Infiniti a couple of weeks back saying that they are not associated with Goldcoast Infiniti anymore.
