if i replace the stock HID bulb to 6000k, it is going to reduce to watt output by 20% right? but now i have a brand new HID conversion kit 6000k, if i change the ballast and everything. it is gonna output what 6000k can output right????

 

No, the light output at 6000k is not lower because of the ballast, that color range does not put out as much light as the 4700-5000k temp does.

If you want that color the best thing to do is get a set of Philips or GE bulbs, they seem to have the most output at that temp.
