want input for custom led running light on front bumper

I want to put a stripe of led light on the front bumper, please give me some input for doing it or not.

here are the stripe led lights from ebay.

kinda ricey if you ask me. i guess if they are wired to your interior lights so they only come on when you open the door or something it might be okay

yea, I am trying to go the audi style and its not an expensive mod at all. I want to hook the led up to the day time running light.

if you could split the headlight open and do it like the new Audi TT, it would look pretty hot.

Can someone post pics of the Audi with this mod? I'm having a hard time invisioning what it's suppose to really look like.

First thought, it won't look good, but, if it doesnt cost that much...do it. You can always take it off if you don't like it afterwards.

its not only the R8 but one of the other big Audi models that have this - I saw it last night and looked hot but yeah would look like rice on our cars if not done properly.

^+1 Even the new A4 is reported to have the LED's in the headlights, though it's an option.

I wouldn't do, it's just going to look terrible since it's soo out of place.

i have a 2nd thought now...i might not put the led lights on the top part but put it on the lower part where it will curve to the side.

here is the pics (I forgot who car this is, but I hope he/she won't mind I am using his/her picture.)

Why not try and see? Sometimes just doing something to see real results instead of imagining the end is better.
