Not trying to be mean, just my two cents....Good luck!

None taken. I can't do any work on my car because I live in a Condo building. Also, being a member of the HOA Board it would look really bad if I broke the rules. I get evil looks from other residents when I'm wiping down my engine bay, so I know that rotating my tires would not fly.

I ended up taking it back to the dealer in this morning. The service advisor was surprised to see me back so soon. He said that he wrote on the work order not to rotate the tires, only to balance them. I'm sure they got confused because it is the same tire size front and rear, but still not an excuse IMO. I asked him to make sure next time that the person working on my car understands that the wheels are staggered. They were real apologetic and I didn't make a huge deal of it. Just glad to have my car back.

remind me to never get a condo. what's with these silly rules?

but yeah, had the same thing happend to me, my snows were 225/50s in front and 225/55s in back, they switched them around. took me a couple days of trying to figure out why the car didn't feel right to check the tires, don't worry, i changed 'em myself, in the snow and ice. then called the dealership to tell them to be more careful.
