Most obvious change in 2003.5 was a redesigned trunk kid (2003.5 removed the external trunk handle and spread out the INFINITI letters).

My Sedan was built on Oct 2002 as Mfr date and was put in service Feb 5th. It has no trunk handle so I assume that it is the 2003.5 G then. Comes with Zenon lights event though I do not have premium package.
I think cars made in late 2002 are 2003.5 and the ones made before August 2002 are 2003.
