Can someone post a sound clip of this exhaust on an automatic sedan cruising at 2 and 3 rpms. I would like to hear how much droning there is on this exhaust from inside the car.

it's quite tame actually. I don't have sound clip but have heard it... it is much less audible than gen 1... at idle and low rpm it's not much different than stock.

I have to many mods to get an "honest" sound of the exhaust, I will tell you N/A with the stock cats was fairly quiet at all put wide open above 4K. I tried test pipes...WTF that thing is loud! I now have the Kinetix cats, and still louder than I would like but not that bad, get a lot of compliments on the sound. If nobody does a clip I will work on getting one.

Thank you for the effort, but the mic on whatever you were using doesnt pick up ANY of the lower frequencies. That is not a good example of the sound at all.

I am going to get a high quality mic and try to record a sound clip.

ok, here is an mp3.

This is Stillen Gen2 exhaust on my car.. .i have a pop charger but i dont think it changes the sound of the exhaust.

NOTE: The exhaust sounds lower frequency when cruising around in gear. This is in Neutral. It sounds better when driving in gear.

I think I will get my other plastic computer mic and tape it to the bumper with a computer in the trunk to record driving around.

In this clip... i start, let idle for a second (its cold out) then I smoothly rev to about 4k.. then i rev a couple times fast, push -- push... and then idle again.

My idle in this clip is above 1k rpm still... in gear and warm it is lower and more gurgley

The only thing that I have noticed is the muffler on the gen 2 has dual in dual out but in the muffler itself uses a single passage thought the center. Someone needs to see if the Gen 1 has a dual passage muffler. Maybe?
