I was wondering about that figure, it's like $4k off sticker, and from what I had seen was the difference between invoice and MSRP was around $2800, that's why I asked!

I paid $4,300 under MSRP on my 03.5 MT sedan Premium, Nav, Winter and Aero... nobody else wanted it.... Now you can't even find a MT sedan, must not be too popular in the Bay Area.

 

Damn, I'm shopping your area next time I buy, LOL, was it after the '04's came out? When I was shopping, I found a '03 Jaguar X, demo, 900 miles, geez, the sticker was like $45k and they were selling it for $35k!

It was just after the 04s came out... but it had been on the lot for 5 months... everyone seems to want an AT around here

 

Oh, okay then, the price makes sense, the dealer I bought mine from only had one '03 left, and I didn't like the color combination, could have gotten a deal on that one!

I had to battle quite a bit with the dealer because they had 6 2003's on the lot and I wanted the 2004 and I was only willing to pay $200 above invoice. When all was said and done I ended up paying invoice (not $200 above) for my 2004. I was there for about 4 hours haggling, but it was worth it to get that price.
