How do I remove the shifter/console cover?

I need to take off the ash tray.. there's a coin stuck behind it..
How do I get the shifter cover off on a 03.5 A/T??

Pull down on the plastic cover below the shifter, pull out the pin, pull the shifter up, lift up on the center counsel where it meets the armrest, unplug the heated seats switch and pull all the way up.
