I have 67,000 miles. I live in the South. What weight oil should I be using?

I "think" there are temp recommendations for each of the two weights they recommend?

Home during lunch and quick scanned the owners manual,,, but could not find that graph I've seen some other manufactures use. I know I'm missing something but your right, they should have another weight on there. Any idea which page? I have an 05.

Something's been bothering me. Do you guys' cars burn a little oil? How much? I think I may have gotten maybe only about 4.25 quarts out. Should you lower the car after you take the drain plug out to make sure it all comes out? Maybe I didn't quite get every drop out.
