Makes me want to put orange cones around my car when I park it. I too now need to fix/replace the rear bumper. I plan to have the bottom lip painted to match and 86 the black around the bottom. Thanks for the info. I have a buddy w/ a body shop & so I will get a figure and repost Saturday.

 

That's a good idea. I got off my car one day, came back 10 minutes later had a huge bump in my rear bumper, didnt see a note or anything. Yeah why bother? You just hit my car, backed up right into it. Damn some people are so inconsiderate. It's like you can't own a nice car these days, people end up backing up into your car, door dinging it or scratching. Knock on wood only 1 out of those 3 has happened.

 

I was quoted $624.11 for parts and labor to replace a rear bumper. Interestingly enough, the dealer and the independant were less than 3 dollars apart in pricing!!
