How many sedan owner here are under 35?
I'm 17, my brother had a cavalier as his first car and my sister had a escort and I was like I am not have a POS as my first car so I saved from when I was 12 years old and my parents said they would match what I saved. So I bought a 2003 Nissan Altima with chrome rims, custom side skirts, custom grills and more. After having it for a year on June Friday the 13th a deer ran in front of me and I ended up flipping my car end to end 3 times. Some how I walked out of the car without a scratch on me. Of course I didnt want to downgrade and thats when I discovered the G35. I was getting one. At 17 I have bin an owner of a 2003 G35 for about 5 months now. I love it. It has a fresh paint job on it and I have bin asked 5 times what I am making payments on it because they think it is a 2011 or 2012. I have bin on this site 24/7 when I am done my work at school, it has helped with realizing what there is no way I could afford and what I can . I work 40 hours a week, have straight As, and I am a proud owner of a G.
Sorry, I'm over 50 and drive the g35x sedan. I also own a Celica GT-S. However, my two boys, both in college, love both the sedan and gts. They like the styling of the GT-s and its gas mileage savings. But when it comes to the G35, they both agree, what's not to like? Power heated leather seats, all wheel drive, a sound system that beat all -- and a beefy engine that kicks _ _ _! They love the power of the G35. Which is a good and bad thing from my point of view. In any event, they don't care that it's a sedan... yes, they would love it even more if it were a coupe but hey -- that's easy to overlook -- when they drive for free and have that power and luxury!
I'm 27. This is my most favorite car I've ever owned. I just got it in April. I've been in the Minitruck scene most of my life, and I've always loved the G, so I traded my mini for it. Haven't regretted it one bit. Maybe I am getting old, hell. Maybe not, I'm about to hammer it... Pics soon hopefully.
29 and semi new owner of 03 g35 (picked it up as a DD in Nov)
I needed to take the 280z off the road for the winter for a rebuild/re-anti rust treatment. (I also drove it through the winter the past 2 years and swore I wouldn't do it again, sorry car!)
I regret a bit not getting the X as I live in New England/Boston with snow but I'm sure I'll be fine with a set of snow tires.
I will say I'm loving this car and have had my eye on it since it debuted in '03. I wanted to get a newer model and different color but I found this '03 at the right price.
All in all I'm loving being a G owner!
