What to look for on a test drive on a 05 with 115k miles

the car really should be OK. Buying it to me depends on wether or not you think that is a good value for your money.
If I were looking at an '04 with 50K miles on it versues an '05 with 100K miles on it for about the same price I'd take the lower mileage car all day, and I think most would agree. You may save a little money in the beginning on the sale price of the higher mileage car, but you could make up for it quickly in maitenance and wear and tear items too. Then you have spent the same money and own a vehicle with more miles. I'll drive my G forever if I can unless I get tired of it, or some other car really pulls me out of my car, but to pick one in the beginning I'd look for lesser miles mainly looking for the best value for my money and for fear of not knowing how the car was treated for that many miles.
either way you will be OK though. I love my 03. I think I have 53K miles on it

Well then I suggest you sell yours before it reaches 115k miles. For peace of mind. Don't know who you are going to sell it to. By your logic, no one should buy it.
