Sat i noticed a tear in the very upper right hand corner of my seat in my 04 G sedan, (right above the movement controls)

You could tell this was not from something hitting it, it looked like the stitching next to it was getting kinda loose to, the metal underneath poked thorugh the leather.

It looks like, *** will dealer fix this?

exact same thing has happened to my passenger seat. I noticed while cleaning my car that the metal bracket from the seat control is starting to tear through the leather... I'ma go to dealer soon so I'ma ask about it then~

 

have you surpassed the bumper to bumper in terms of mileage?

 

i think i am, im not sure, only have 50k miles but not sure on the time (i just got the car about 3 months ago)

what year is the car? Also, my guess is they will blame it on the "wear and tear". My seat cushion was sagging and they denied it, saying it was "normal".

 

No way will they cover a tear. That's like asking them to cover a scratch in your paint. If it's a defect they might do something.
