What work have you done so far this year?

I figure this might be a good informative thread for us to share what we've done to our sedans so far during the first 2 months of 2008. To start off, here's a chronological breakdown of what I've been able to accomplish:
  • Jan. 6-7: Install Eibach springs (front & rear)
  • Jan. 13: Install Stillen 5-wire grounding kit
  • Jan. 19: Install 19" HP Evo's & 245/35/19 General Exclaim UHP tires
  • Jan. 27: Replace differential fluid
  • Feb. 9: Install Luminics high beam/fog lights
  • Feb. 17: Oil change, and drain & refill tranny fluid

Except for the tires and wheels, all the work above was performed by myself. DIY jobs are the way to go

Custom center gauge pod and a-pillar pod with Auto Meter Nexus gauges (controller wideband, boost, egt, oil pressure, oil temp and fuel pressure)

Built motor next month. (it's at the shop now getting head work finished and the swap should be early march)

Not much yet for me.

Polish and wax sealer.
Picked up an extra grill from a forum member that I plan on using to make an emblemless OEM grill (like the caskyline grill).
Oil change this weekend.

So far only headlight housings painted, clear turn signal lenses and side marker blink

Hopefully within a month it will be:

*Rookie KurumaZ style bumper
*Custom caskyline grille
*painted side sills (& repainted rear bumper)
*custom taillights & paint

and hopefully not too far after that my Volk CE28Ns will be here!

Somewhere in the near future: put ATF cooler back on, paint all visible fluid reservoirs… also having a bunch of exterior touch up paint done.

So maybe in the “What have you done first half of the year?” thread, I’ll have a completed list… Did a bunch in Dec though (does that count? )
