Ouch.

Just be thankful you're here to tell us about it.

Sorry about the accident - I always worry about the guy behind me stopping.. It's one of my driving paranoias. I got smoked at an off ramp by a guy going 50 mph - not something I want to do again. My 240SX SE-R had less than 3,000 miles on it.

Got it repaired, and traded it the same day I picked it up.

Glad you're okay and everything's covered, sucks not to have your new-to-you car, but the reunion will be sweet!

After the body shop says they are done, look closely around the top of the rear fender wells. Park it in bright light and look almost parallel to the body. Wrinkles in that area are very common and very tough to get rid of.

- wow man - ! and to think the guy you hit you could have pushed you into the lady crossing the street! Some people are in too much off a rush. I am always terrified of getting rear ended and hitting a pedestrian.

where is the best place to get the Nismo rear lower lip for these cars ?

$450 seems damn high for what it is !

or is there a less expensive way to do one ??

oh and sorry about the new car man. They'll get ya fixed up again.

My 06 G35 sedan got rear ended also, Im getting it fixed tomorrow not as bad as yours but it punctured the lower rear end of the bumper estimate to fix $800 for a brand new OEM rear bumper, labor, paint and everything at the local Infiniti dealership's autobody. Goodluck man...
