If the car isnt lowered, the wheels are going to stick out about a half inch in the rear. If you lower the car, you can fit that wheel with a 275/30 tire or you can stretch it a little and go with a 255/35. I wouldnt go with that low of an offset if you aren't planning on lowering the car. Look for something above 40.
The lower the offset, the more the wheel will stick out. Plain and simple.

How's this for a possible setup?
Lowered 1.75"front and 1.50"rear, no camber kits
18x8.5 +38 on 245/40/18 front
18x9.5 +38 on 275/35/18 rear
But, they do make the wheel in a +30 offset as well, just don't know if that will fit in there.

i love it!
No rubbing, but I havent had anyone in my car. I didnt rub when I had the 10mm. I dont have a camber kit, but if is comes close to rubbing I might have to dial in some neg. I used a project kics spacer. I am also getting one for the front. +25 all around.
I like to thank Gdup and Redlude for helping me out on the spacers. Next wheels and when I get them are going to be aggressive.

Here is my setup. Front 19" x 8.5" +38 with a 235/35/19 and the rear 19" x 9.5" +43 with 265/30/19. I think this is the correct offset that I am running. I bought them like three years ago and memory is not that great. I am going to try a 275/35 rear in the next few weeks and see how that looks.

what are you lowered on?
Sorry to hijack this thread but what the heck..
Am looking at a set of wheels for my sedan which will be lowered on Z springs.
18x8 +37, 18x9 +39.
Can one of you wheel offset gurus please let me know if I will need any fender rolling? The fronts I'm pretty sure will fit no problem, its the rears I'm a bit iffy.
Thx!
