so guys i read this on the forum and was curious about the sedan how it says 03-04 have the smaller bar group A, but in group B it says 04-06 has the stiffer bar. How is the 04 in both sets. Does it mean that the 04.5's have the bigger bars then the regular 04??

I think he meant to say 05-06 sedans are group B, no such thing as an 04.5.

 

Yes it's a typo, ran a search found the same info in two threads, edited both of them. 04.5 refer's to the 350Z's mid year supension revision which included a stiffer from sway among other changes.
