Keep your G's. Save up. Then add a 6mt coupe to your Infiniti family.

Oh well. I still love it and I'm working on begging Daddy for the mods. Just a lack of $$$ for obvious reasons.

Sigh...

Three months after getting a coupe you will want something else. If you are going to make a trade you need to take your time and figure out exactly you want the most.

I agree with not liking the auto. While my car was in the shop I got to drive an 05' 545i (V8). It was very nice and fast but the auto got old after just a few days. If I drove in a lot of traffic every day I would have an auto and deal but I don't so I don't.

34 year old...with a 1 year old daughter...

God knows how I ended up with 2 automatics (05 G, 01 Sentra). Sentra is wife's car. Came from driving manuals for about 13+ years and now into the dark side AutoTragic.

Long story short, but I crave for the 3rd pedal everytime I hop onto my G. I mean I like my car but I guess buyer's remorse for me as well.

Just miss revving the car and parking at the same time. I just enjoy that vrroomm vroom...rev rev and then slowly let the clutch out and park. Not sure why I enjoy that so much...haha. Autotragic is so quiet and it constantly upshifts. Manumatic is too cheesy. Anyway enough whining for me.

What makes it worst is both of my friends have M/T (350z and s2000). I go nuts everytime I drive their cars.

One of these days I will probably get rid of my G and get back onto M/T.

I swear to myself I will never ever get an autotragic unless it's a Van/Suv.

i wouldn't trade a 5at sedan for a coupe, mt or at.

yeah, sedans aren't as "sexy", (see my sig for what every one's reaction is when they see my car after i tell 'em it a G35), but there's benefits you don't get from a coupe, like being able to haul 4 friends at once, cheaper insurance, less weight, a more attractive candidate to a girl's parents... (speaks more of responsibility and taste).

and yeah, i kinda wish i had the 6mt in the sedan, but this is still a pretty good auto (just wish the manu-matic worked better), and from what i understand, more reliable than the 6mt.

but yeah, i know the feeling, seeing all those sexy black coupes rolling by... thinking " i don't look nearly as cool as that, in my camry-beige sedan...", but you know what? it doesn't matter! i can still roast my tires through 3rd gear, even with 5 people in the car and a trunk full of stuff... what matters more? the looks and image of the coupe, or the practical performance of a potent rwd sedan?

not that i even come close to the image required for a coupe...

The only thing crappy about this situation is we all have to wade though a bunch of coupe/other car "should I buy this/that/other thing" for the next few months. ugh

I love how the sedan looks, more than a coupe. Even more than the '07's...

to be honest, like everyone says. your young driving a 2005 g35 sedan. I wouldn't be so down about it dude. If I was your age driving that, I wouldn't be posting threads about how you made a "mistake"

Also to what k@osx71 says... I agree. I Like the 03/04 style much more than the new generation sedans. Love the 05/06 interior but the exterior 03/04. An 03/04 with an aero kit, drop, wheels is MMmMmmmm

sedans aren't so bad... mod it right and clean and just enjoy. some are just too jealous to admit they didn't get the sedan. like i said many times before, i do love the coupe but never had a moment where i'd thought, "man, i should have gotten the coupe.." with a lot of stuff that mines gone through.
