Info for Coupe springs drop

Hey guys Just a little FYI..I took off my z springs because it was a little too bouncy for me. I put on the non sport coupe springs and let me tell it rocks!!. It feels like a BMW now. I suppose because of the lower spring rate in the back plus the higher dampening with my tokico blues. But it's awesome!! I'm so pleased with the ride finally. Why don't more companies copy that formula with lower spring rates and high dampening shocks. It makes the ride sooo much better but also handles well. I also got the stillen sways which probably help too. Can I get some opinions on which holes people are rockin with their stillen's (soft/med) (med/med)??

I'll get some picks soon, the 1/2 drop was right though for coupe springs. Alignment was really really close too

I would of left the fronts on and just put the coupe springs in the rear. However, if your happy with what you did, than thats great.

I heard most auto cross people on here run soft in the front and medium in the rear; however, medium in front and firm in the rear would be about the same ratio too. Just try and see what you like.

I am looking to get a set too when I get paid next.

When I first got my 03 three years ago, I installed 2003 coupe springs (there was no sport or non-sport spring with coupe at that time). The ride actually improved over my OEM Sport setup. The drop in the back was perfect (about .8"), but the front just wasn't enough (about .5"). Then I decided to experiment and through some Z springs up front and the drop was perfect. I tried putting Z springs out back, but the car was too in the back plus the handling felt twitchy and bouncy. I swapped the coupe springs back in. I noticed no difference in ride quality after installing the Z springs up front compared to running the coupe springs. I do have the Sport shocks so that might make a difference.
