Fuel Filter?

I thought the G35 didn't have a fuel filter.

is this a mistake?

That doesn't look right.

G35's do have a fuel filter (all cars do), but the one in the G35 is built into the gas tank. Doesn't need to be changed. This seller has mislabelled this item.

Looks just like the standard fuel filter I used on my old Mazda MX6.

Of course G35s have fuel filters, but our looks nothing like that generic unit on ebay, it's a complete ripoff.

Wow the bad part is that its a Nissan dealership that is seling that so you would think that they of all people would know what it fits.

I would ask them for the part number, might just be the wrong picture. If you do replace the fuel filter, I would advise getting a new o ring. The old one tends to swell and does like to fit back into place.

That's why I questioned it. I remember having a car with a filter like that and it was easy to replace. If the G had one like this I would do it. Because it's in the gas tank, I wont touch it.

A nissan dealer tho, you would think, would know more about the parts that they sell.
