curb scrapes

Many of us have probably been nudging forward into a parking space,
only to hear a loud SCRAPE as our front bumper grinds onto the
curb. I've done this twice now and the bottom of my bumper (front sill?)
is frayed. What's the best way to treat this - sand paper or maybe a
razor blade? I'd like to take the "fringe" off my bumper and have it
looking crisp and new again!

Re: curb scrapes

You called it. A nice fresh razor blade. Cut as little as possible but only you will know how much to remove
