Is there a Front Strut Tower Brace for the Sedan?

I used to have one on my old Sentra SE, is there one for the sedan, if so, does it make a difference or does anyone have it installed?

Have not seen one yet. The heoght of the engine makes it really hard to fit one but I am sure some has tried.

It would be a shock tower brace in a G35, no struts! Just FYI!
