Exterior Mod Help/Advice

I bought this on ebay:

I also want to buy the side skirts, splash guards, and rear bumper from heyitzalex:

My car currently looks like this:

I will have to repaint all the parts to match OB and move my 350GT badging to the new bumper, but...

Do I have to do anything special to my car, like repaint this particular spot pointed by the arrow:

Anything else I would have to do?

Some say just paint the side skirts and the plastic stuff OB. Now I don't know what to do, but one thing is for sure... the plastic gray color needs to go.

nice find!

you're def gonna have to paint the front bumper..
as for the sideskirts, i would double check--just to be super sure (im guessing that they would though..) that they would fit your car because by the look of it, the DG sedan is an 05-06 because of the truck release button on the rear bumper.
most sedan owners with the bottom valences just paint them to match the car (yellow arrow)

you have an 03-04 G35 sedan, heyitazalex has an 05-06 sedan....his sideskirts will fit yours, but whats the point? your car is not his body color, if you're going to have to repaint the sideskirts you buy from him you might as well just paint your own stock ones now. There isnt going to be an ounce of difference anyone will see especially with OB....The rear splash guard will also not fit your car without modifications so why bother. my advice is...get the front aero bumper painted, and the side and rear painted and call it a day. OR you can dish out the money for the entire aero kit which come prepainted (the cost wont be that much higher). you are on the right track with that front bumper though

dont spend all these money modifying stock body parts from and 05-06 sedan and color matching to your 03-04 sedan, its not worth the money and time. Get something made for your car.

Excellent points, well taken! I would listen to him as far as body mods go (maybe even the rest of the G mods list)

The seller's username was ikautoparts, and it was in his/her store, bought with Buy it now. I think it was online for a total of 2 hours before I bought it.

Plus the title did not include keywords such as 'nismo' or 'sedan'.

^^^+1 - if ya don't end up gettin' the full kit though, just get the 03-04 spash guards and color match everything.

thats a really good find, i guess i'm just gonna end up buying a nismo front. also, i have my sides and rear painted with the 03-04 splash guards, it makes a world of difference compared to the grey.

^ I'm eventually going to do the same. Then overtime, get the sills and rear valence if I find good deals

Front bumper cover was $350 shipped.

I made up my mind to just paint the gray stuff. And with the money I would have spent on the 05/06 skirts and rear I'm going to get some tints.

I'd save some cash and paint the lowered yourself. I painted my lowers and spent less that a $200 (including the paint gun), but I do have an large compressor. I have a DIY in the Body section.

Here's my OB 03 with painted sills, Aero bumper, and painted splash guard along with a black painted muffler and Altima exhaust tips. I'm going to try and fit rear 05/06 splash guard because I like the way they extend onto the rear bumper cover.
