Headlight Shake

Hi, I have a 2003 G35 with HID Headlight.
When I fallow a car I see my light beam reflection on the other car shake when hit small bump on the road.
I've check quickly and my headlight seem to be correctly bolted. I think is the Inside that shake.
Does anyone have this problem? is there a solution?

I've changed my Bulb and I know that they are correctly tighted.

That's the way it is... you'll get accustomed to it in no time.

Mine too. I've had the dealer check it out a couple of times and that is how the assembly is designed. I believe the '05 had a design change to correct this.

but like mentioned before, you will get used to it.

Mine shake as well...more than what I think is normal. On smooth roads its not a problem but when I'm on a road with many small bumps I can tell that the headlights are bouncing like crazy. I know that it's annoying for other drives. I opened things up to check it out and the lights were just designed that way. The actual headlight is supported by a weak metal piece while the bulb and the reflector are too heavy and will bounce around. If I hit the headlight with my hands I'll get noticeable shake. What I did was take several layers of cardboard fully wrapped in electrical tape and used it as a backing support against the back of the bulb. It is supported by the back cap and I made sure it stays tight. It has helped a good amount but it's not the perefct solution. No electrical worries/problems so far, its been about a week.
