Momo Shift **** in Auto Sedan

I installed a momo shift **** in my auto sedan. Matches with the titanium trim pretty well. Very easy to install. Here are some pics.

Love the shift ****. Is it hard to install? How long did it take you to install the shift **** and what was the cost??

It's on the top.. what worries me about this design (I had a Levoc Automatic Shift **** on my old Sentra SE Auto) is the actual button broke off because of the spring.. it was a cheap design, but the lever WAS $100.. same as the MOMO.. I'd just be concerned it might happen again.

The shift **** is very easy to install, takes about 5 minutes. The shift **** retails for around $99.95, I got mine through my friend who owns a Performance shop for cheaper then that, thats all I can say. :-)

What i did with the rubber space was cut the top off, push the rubber piece down to where the 3 allen screws would screw into the rubber, push the **** down, makind sure the rubber spacer doesnt push down, and then tighted the 3 allen screws. Hope this helps.

Re: Momo Shift **** in Auto Sedan

On my car, I just left out the rubber spacer altogether. Once you tighten the set screws, it will not move, and it is very stable and sturdy feeling. However, I did cut the plastic piece inside to shorten the overall height of the ****, exposing a little less of the stalk.

Re: Momo Shift **** in Auto Sedan

you mean for sedan vs coupe? should be the same application for the AT models. momo has the black leather and satin aluminum designs as well. i chose the leather because my interior is graphite. im really glad i went with that because the metal does get hot. and install should not take more than 20 minutes, so yes do it yourself.

Re: Momo Shift **** in Auto Sedan

Yeah...mines a AT coupe and it fit. Just remember, you need to cut the rubber spacer or it won't work.

Anyone know why Momo doesn't cut it for you?
