Will 05 rear bumper/side skirts/spoiler fit an 04 sedan?

I found a great deal on a rear bumper, side skirts, and spoiler from an 05 sedan, and want to put them on my 04. A few basic questions:

1) will these parts (including the splash guards) fit an 04 directly? If not directly, what modifications would be necessary, and are there any individual parts that wouldn't fit (side skirts, splash guards, etc)?

2) should the paint from 05 (both diamond graphite) be about the same (other than a year's less wear), or are they completely different paint stocks?

I am aware of the bumper button hole that will have to be covered, other than that are there issues? Thanks in advance for any help and opinions

Also before anyone asks, my rear bumper was destroyed by a drunk driver hit and run, and needs to be replaced (this isn't a cosmetic choice). As for the side skirts, the price I'll be getting them for would be cheaper than getting the stock dark grays repainted, something I would like to have done.
