body kit question.

i want to install the rear under spoiler for the nismo body kit on my car but i dont know how to go about this. i already bought and installed the side sills and front bumper myself. they were pretty simple. however, the install on this piece looks a little too complicated for my skill and know how. should i take it to my dealer or should i look elsewhere? i live in southern cali (the valley) any suggestions would be great. thanks.

Re: body kit question.

i vaguely remember in another thread (here or in FA) that the front and/or rear parts need to be slightly modified to fit.

Re: body kit question.

The thing yoru talking about g35domain is for the GiallaCorsa body kit.

The rear bumper needs to be retrofitted to fit the US g35.

The nismo should fit fine, asit can come standard from the delaershpi.

BTW: I ordrered my Gialla Corsa body kit last night WIll be here in less than 2 months..

Re: body kit question.

actually the front end and rear end of the nismo kit do have to be modified in order to fit. i would put the rear part on myself but i know i will never have time to do it. does anybody have any experience with this? will the dealerships do a good job?

Re: body kit question.

But I dont understnad. Why would a body kit that the infintii dealer sells with the car (nismo) need to be modded to fit?

Re: body kit question.

I did the side sills myself...but I took the rear lip to the dealership. I don't think the rear piece needs to be modified; however, it's not an easy install. The dealer charged me for 1 1/2 labor which was about $160. After the install...the tech told me it was not an easy install. He told me the front bumper and the side sills are pretty simple, but the rear lip is more involved. You have to take out the whole rear bumper, cut templates that came with....etc,
