combination of test pipes and any of those two exhausts will make the car loud enough. Infact it will make is so loud that u wouldn't want to drive the car for more than 2 hours strait. Recently did a trip to vegas with test pipes and my exhaust and it will be the last trip with my car.
I had done many trips before with just exhaust and stock cats and it was fine but the test pipes made it too loud for long trips.

Vlad. What did you cat back cost you anyway? I wish I'd known about your setup before.

I get a lot of compliments on my exhaust, It is "custom", a mutt so to speak. it is made up of megan resonated test pipes, factory y-pipe and headers, coupe resonator, and a magnaflow muffler. Its an 03 by the way, don't know if that'll make a difference.

I'm a big fan of the Borla. IMO it is the best sounding sedan exhaust.

Save your money and just cut off the exhaust after the manifolds. Then get some of that disposable flex-pipe from Discount Auto parts and point it out the sides of the car under the doors. Use coat hangers to hold it up. My friend taught me this in Hudson florida. Thats how they do all the cars there.

Agree...Totally happy with my Borla. Much improved sound over stock, and highway mileage actually improved over stock on long steady cruising hwy trips. Has a nice bark at start-up and when cold, and great sound when leaning into the throttle.

Will put up some sound clips at some point...

^Please do. Is it calmer when cruising or constantly loud. I was kind of looking for a calmer sound when cruising and louder at start and such. I am in the same situation between a Stillen Gen1 and a Borla.

Go with borla. 100% sound great. Its calm enough to drive daily, but has plenty of growl to catch your attention under WOT.
