You can get side skirts, all skirts that fit the 03/04 will fit the 05/06 aswell, as for the back, get yourself the 03/04 bumper and get the nismo rear lip for it.

no... rolled is just rolling/tucking the inside edge so your tires dont rub... flared is flared out - bubbled out, I dont know how else to describe it - but its what you see in the pic that was asked about.

what's the process to flare them out? i mean is it something that can be done without taking the panels off or do you have to take them off and have someone work on them like that?

I think flaring them out requires them to also be repainted.

That is an '03-'04, but you can find a replica Nismo made for the '05-'06's in the Vendor marketplace.
