Riverside infiniti has a thread for the 05-06 oem lip. Not sure what year yours is but check out the vendor section under exterior and you'll find it. I think it's posted by Rick @ Riverside, but not positive.

^^ Any certified dealership would have the OEM lip... if they don't have it in stock, they'll order it from a warehouse...

The 05-06 OEM lip is no longer available. You cannot buy one from a dealer. Your best bet is to find someone on here who is getting a new front bumper and buy their OEM lip.

My mistake, i guess my dealership had a couple left over... so i assumed they still made them..

no not even close and the 05-06 will not fit on an 03-04
