Noob here have a few questions on the G35x

Well I have been looking around here a few days now and I like it. I started looking at the G35 coupe and then I saw the Sedan and it look real good to me. I also saw that it comes with AWD and I like that also. I live in Boston and we get a good amount of snow. So the question I have is how is the AWD on the G35x? I had an Audi A4 and i loved the AWD. How is the AWD compared to Quattro?

I have a G35x and my bro has an A4 1.8T Quattro, and I gotta say, the G holds its head high as far as the AWD goes... definitely better than the Quattro in my opinion.

For the last 2 years, I've owned the X along with an 07 trailblazer which is my daily driver. For 2 straight winters, the G has OUTPERFORMED the trailblazer in handling in the snow on the few times I took the G out on the snowy & slick roads. Plus I didn't even have snow tires on my stock wheels. It's an amazing car for sure, and the ATTESTA AWD system is def one of the best out there. Love it!!!

I have an 04 X and absolutely love it, especially in the winter. I live in upstate new york and go to college in Rochester, NY which is famous for ICE and snow in the winter... Last winter, I had absolutely no problem going through fresh snow on the road, even ice. I have a friend who has a quattro, who is a better driver than me, and he ended up in a ditch last winter, while I just kept going.

04 X here, drive in both NJ and MN winters, handles great in snow mode!

Just be sure you have some tread on your tires. The stock tires don't last too long. Replace with all season for year round, or go winter/summer tire swaps and you will love the car even more. AWD won't do crap with too little tread, regardless of the car.
