Re: A warning to all current and future G35 owners

The same thing happend to a BMW 328 that I owned. I bought the car new and when the brake switch failed it only had 14,000 miles on it. The defect can happen to any automatic transmission vehicle with this type of safety device in place.

Re: A warning to all current and future G35 owners

Thanks for the info...I had the same problem with my old 02 Maxima SE. Same exact problem, execpt that the AT kept getting stuck, so I would have to get out of my car and give it a little push, then unlock the shift lock. My maxima also would stall on the freeway... kinda scary when you are going 80 then you have no power controls -breaks, steering or being able to turn on your emergency blinkers so that no one plows in to my helpless *** on the freeway!! I traded that car and got my G!
