I'm planning to go with the 05/06 reverse with the 03/04 tails tinted. I love how the tails on our 03/04 looks~

 

I've had the 05-06 tails for almost a year now. I kinda like its unique bump design, and from my perspective, the blinkers on the 05-06 tails seem to have a stronger and sharper red hue than on the 03-04 tails. No overlays for my tails, the OEM upgrade mod is enough for me

 

i like the 05-06 tails alot better than 03-04...
I never or ever will like overlays or paint on the tails though

 

actually, I kinda like the 05/06 with teh 03/04 reverse....hummm

 

in my opinion doggy trunks dont look good w/ the 05/06 tails
the regular shaved trunk looks good w/ the 05/06 tails only
and that 04/03 combo w/ the 05/06 reverse lights i never really liked too much it doesnt flow well

 

The one thing that drives me nuts about the 03/04 reverse lights is that they have a slight pink tint to them.

The 05/06 ones don't but I agree, the lines are slightly off with the 03/04 tails mated with the 05/06 reverse lights.

 

yeah they don't line up as much as the 03/04 reverse lights but I hate how there is so much clear. the 05/06 has a perfect amount.

I'm really liking the 03/04 tails and 05/06 reverse right now. Just different, for me at least. I've had the 05/06 tails on for quite a while now so it will be nice to change things up a bit

 

The doggy door is killing the lines of either set, without it the 05's look the best.

 

huh??? mine are bright white... the 03-04 look cool with the red LED mod in the reverse light - makes the entire lense from trunk to fender flow... I have been meaning to take pics and havent yet... but I will

I would love to get rid of the doggy door right now, but I got other mod's I want to get done first before something like that

 

Here's my 03/04 with 05/06 reverse mod. lights red when driving and white when in reverse.

 

Joe, how do you do that mod again? I would like to do it to mine.

 

OC, how is it that those look like that? are they just painted to line up together, or what?

 

I'm not exactly sure what your question is?... Are you asking about the leds lit up? Or the paint over the OEM blinker?...
