Weird. What else would you think of when thinking "lease"?
Just curious, because your list is exactly what I think of.

You're right, I had a brain fart. The more I read into a couple of those descriptions, the more it becomes clear that one could be considered an Infiniti lease car.

But it may also be leased by a company and driven by employees who wouldn't care for the well being of the car.

Sure. But that's the chance with any used car. Even owners can be abusers. what matters is the car itself. If it appears to be well taken care of, everything is tight and as it should be, and the full service history is there ... well, that's about the best you can ask for.

Thats all very true but I know that I wouldnt think twice about abusing a loaner, lease or rental because I won't have to deal with the vehicle once my term is up. Maintainance records are great, but if the driver was smashing on the throttle, hurdling over speed bump's, etc...there is still a toll taken on the vehicles mechanical components that would possibly lead to premature failure. I have flogged the hell out of any rental I had because the cars mechanical condition was not my responsibility. Any car can be abused but your chances are just that much higher when its a fleet vehicle.

It would have to have very low miles to not show the abuse.

I've driven alot of ex-lease cars with ~30k on them and I notice their condition can vary greatly. I find it pretty easy to pick out those that were taken care of.

Besides, why worry about what the speed bumps did to the suspension when you'll just change it all out with Tein S-techs anyway.

but imagine how many people farted, flicked boogers, sneezed, slobbered, maybe even throw-up (or other bodily functions ) in that car

hundreds (or thousands) of people have done some funky **** - in addition to beating the crap out of it.
