Full Car Wrap

I want to get my car wraped in a matte black look to match my new wheels... anyone know anything about this and what i need to know before getting it done?

here is a pic of my car now.

thinking about getting it wraped in matte black... fully murdered out... what do you guys think?

getting lowering springs put on... thats already confirmed... yes wrap = vinyl

That 07 sedan is done right but it's no vinyl overlay. Vinyl could never look like that.

I say NO to a vinyl wrap on any car.

Will it come of without a problem and wont damage your paint?

if yes then i think its worth a try, if its done nice and carefull i think i will look pretty good,

Don't do it. No vinyl. If you want matte, get it painted, and get it painted right. A lot of people screw up the matte paint.
You definitely need a drop and a lot more mods before you can pull off matte.

If you use "cast vinyl" you won't have any problems taking it off in the future, leaves no residue or whatsoever, and also it won't damage your paint. I got cast vinyl on my roof and on my trunk. Probably most of the guys are iffy on the vinyl because they probably used a lower series "calender film vinyl."

vinyl sounds like a stupid idea. it looked hot painted like that, esp the 2nd one.

From what I understand, a properly installed full car vinyl overlay like that costs about the same as just getting it painted.

This was discussed on my350z.com a bit ago... it can look real good done properly, just look at the porsche done in this thread:
