Rattling noise

Hey guys i am getting a rattling noise it sounds like it is under the car..on the passenger side could it be the exhaust or something like that...i also here it as i step on the gas...

now someone has to knoww what i am talking about...it is like a clicking and rattling at idle and when i step on it.
