What is this?
Hey everyone,
New to the forums, just bought my G four months ago.
Would you mind helping me understand the mods on my car? I haven't done anything to it, other than add new tires.
It's a 2004 G35c (I've gathered the'c' means it has the nice premium pkg). From what I've been able to learn from this sight, it appears to have the Nismo Aero Pkg installed. Can anyone confirm?
What's the story with the spoiler? Is that part of the Nismo Aero Pkg? I don't see any sign of ever having a third brake light in the rear window, and I thought I read non-aeros come with center brake lights in the rear window.
In any event, if anyone can tell anything about the mods they see, I'd like to know more about them.
Also, is there any way to tell if my car has been lowered? Can I take measurements? What are the stock heigths I can compare against?
I'm leaning towards adding clear corners and '05 tail lights. I really like the look of the shark fins on the roofs of the newer models as well. Are those strictly sattelite antennaes?
Anyway, thanks for any help anyone can offer.

G35c means G35 coupe. Never seen that spoiler, maybe aftermarket? Looks good though, I wonder where it came from
Thanks for the compliments, I actually like the spoiler as well; much better than the stock spoiler. The thing that puzzles me is that it has a third brake light in it that's fully functional. With no sign of a third brake light in the rear window. Also, the dealer said the spoiler looked like an M spoiler, but I didn't look at one at the time. I'll be back this week though, I'll check it out.
Is that a Nismo Aero Package on it?
Anyone seen a 03-06 with the shark fin antennae on it?

Yes you have the Aero package. Non Aero sedans have unpainted unpainted front/rear valence and side sills. The spoiler is not factory as was previously said, and I don't think the car is lowered either because you would usually have a slight tuck in the rear if it was.

Thanks for the comments/info.
So I guess this must mean that stock, non-aero '03/'04 sedans did not come with a third brake light in the rear window?
Surprising to me since my '99 accord had a third brake light on it.

Hmm, well then I remain confused.
It seems to me that if the non-aero '03/'04 sedans come with third brake lights in the rear window, then either my car was a stock aero (which I think would mean that the spoiler was swapped out with the euro spoiler), or someone did a damn good job of removing the rear window brake light. I can't see how one would even fit in my car, the BOSE woofer is right in that area.
Ah well, I suppose it's not that important. I'm just trying to get a better understanding of the evolution of my ride from stock to current state.

Mine is a non-aero 04 and it came with a 3rd brake light in the back windown.

I replaced my rear deck with one from a BOSE so I had the grille open for my subs to play through. It still had the 3rd brake light but I didn't wire it.
