From my understanding, they put down the same amount of power as the 03-04.

the HP/TQ curves changed a little, but are essentially the same. The "rev-up" motors make a bit more HP on the top end and sacrifice a little TQ.

Now when you add the MotorDyne MREV2 and a 5/16" spacer..... WOO HOO!

I have an 05... what kind of engine do i have.. sorry im new to this... like whats a rev-up motor... and would it be worth the extra $$$ to get that MREV2 instead of just the 5/16" spacer for 250$.. i was thinking of doing just the spacer.. z-tube and a k&N or blitz non-oiled.. not sure what filter is better yet..

If you have a 6mt then you have the rev-up motor. The rev-up motor only came on the 6mt on the 05 and up.

If you have an auto just get the Isothermal 5/16 spacer, z-tube, and K&N or Amsoil Drop in filter. You will feel the HP change.

If you have a 6mt get both the Mrev and Isothermal 5/16 spacer, z-tube, and K&N or Amsoil Drop-in filter.

Do you, by chance, have links to the MotorDyne MREV2 and the Isothermal 5/16" spacer?

^ Thanks. So with the 5/16" spacer you don't have to worry about the engine cover not fitting? And with the 1/2" spacer the engine cover won't fit all too well? I definitely would want it to look stock like nothing's been modified... The engine cover won't make contact with the padding under the hood, right?
