O.k. I am feeling a little retarded today. Just picked up an 05 G35x IP yesterday and trying to figure out the interior color since it was just listed as beige. I need to get floor mats, so trying to match up colors.

Color on the door is listed as QXI with Trim of W. Normally I would think W would be for wheat, but I have seen a couple IPs only with wheat, and a couple of the door tags I had seen show trim of C.

Other thing I noticed is that my dash, wheel, etc seem to be dark gray and on the wheats, these seem to be a brown / dark tan.

I know... Would be easier if I posted pics, but I can't do that until this evening, but didn't know if people knew off the trim code, or description they were able to identify the interior.

I'd say wheat but its hard to tell without pics. Have you tried to just ask the dealer?

 

Think I just found it on Kelly Blue Books site. They list interior colors on the 2008 as G - Graphite, W - Stone, and C - Wheat.

Now why they would use C for Wheat and not W... no idea.

Those are the 2008 colors, but I think they would have the same for 2005

 

Do you still have the original window sticker? The interior color should be listed there directly under the exterior color. Hope that helps.

I will have to take interior pics tonight, but I was starting to think that, wheat seats and carpet, but stone dash and trim

 

Wheat is a slightly yellowish… Stone is more beige (kinda grey tone).

I can scan the brochure color swatches this weekend if you still haven’t found the answer…

 

Wheat = Tan/Beige
Stone = Grey
Graphite = Black

 

In a nutshell... sounds like you have Wheat OP

 

My 05X has a stone interior, or like dude said Grey
