The oem battery can die with no warning. It happened to me too and I was shocked. Most batteries will start to die off and you have some warning. Not always the case. I bet it's the battery.

well thanks for all the help, i got a new battery, had them<strauss auto> charged it and i installed it. still doing the same thing. a stranger gave me jump ..nothing .. so it's not the battery .. any suggestions.? thanks in advance

A bad starter is my best guess if the new battery didn't fix it.

yea I figured the same, so i have to tow it back to the dealer. Thanks

just recieved a call from the mechanic and i was told that it's the alarm system that's causing the issue and he is not certain if he can fix that. so i have to hear what the dealer says tomorrow.. thanks guys

has anyone had this problem before?

Aftermarket alarm or oem? I didn't think the oem had a starter kill, just the immobilizer.

it's OEM .. if there is a way to fix this, please let me know so i can tell the mechanic something so i can get my car back sooner.

i have 3 keys none works.. it that still possible? /\

Not sure what else to advise. I would have at the very least put jumper cables on it and tried to start the car YESTERDAY. If no, then off to the dealer you go. Unless the mechanic knows what to do. (which I'm doubting at this point)
