Thoughts on rebadging - VOTE

Just wanted to get a sense what you guys think of rebadging.

I have the skyline and 350GT logos, but I'm having trouble deciding whether to put one, both, or neither on.

Here's a little vote.

Whatever you decide to do, I would suggest that you not mix Nissan and Infiniti badging. Pick a theme and stick with it. Also, if you change your badging out back you should consider doing something with your front grill (ie: Nissan grill, Unlimited Tuning type grill, or OEM Emblem-less grill).

I voted for a full rebadge, I'm not big on badges, but I think the full Skyline badging looks pretty cool.

if you want to badge a skyline, your G must live up to name. at least a twin turbo.

The back of my car is Skyline 350GT while the front is Infiniti. I got tired of people asking me if my car was an altima or a maxima when ever they looked at the front end because of the Nissan emblem. So I have a painted front grill with an Infiniti emblem untill I get the gilla then I will just lose the Mt. Fuji emblem.

I don't really have a preference...YET...(I'm a woman, give me time ). But IMO I do agree with picking one and sticking with it.

RICE imo.
Why would you debadge an Infiniti? It's not like it's a civic and you debadge it so somehow people wouldn't know it's just a civic.

I'm not a big fan of badging a car something it's not, but if someone mistakes a G for a civic they need to well!!!!!! be shot. Then again someone did think i drove a Mazda, I can see how the symbols look almost alike, no I can't. They are no longer alive

Only reason I debadge the INFINITI letters emblem is to make my washing the trunk a lot easier. And of course the whole rear end looks cleaner

Rebadge....NFW!

I'm not into rebadging my trunklid and dislike everything but the cleanlook
that is created by removing everything off the lid with the exception of the
Mt Fuji emblem. Even that is a PIA to clean and not have tiny scratches
with the emblem itself.

Debadge to S K Y L I N E only in the rear and remove all of your exterior infiniti stuff.

For all the debadge haters, I know you like to believe in the Infiniti mystique, but your car was/is sold as a Nissan Skyline 350/370GT in Japan.

Current Models on Nissan's website:
Sedan
Coupe

we are not in japan..

but rebadging isn't bad as people with JDM plates.. lol..
or Euros with Euro plates (in the US)..
the WORST is when they have the euro plate behind their regular U.S. plates. wow..
