I'm close to closing the deal with someone that came to look at my 2003.5 5AT sedan yesterday. She was also looking at a 2003 5AT sedan at a local dealership. The differences between my car and the other car is that mine has 10,800 less miles and my asking price is $500 more. Dealer is asking $27400 and I'm asking $27900.

I'm thinking I can point out the differences to her between the 2003.5 and 2003. But I don't remember these. Does anyone know of these AND know of a credited source I can use to point her to so she won't think I'm BSing her. I have a pretty good trust relationship developed with her but it would still help to point her to a credited source.

Also can anyone else think of anything that would give me another edge to top the dealer's deal?

 

From what I can remember the trunk is changed from the doggie door and exterior release, to no d/door and interior release a la the coupe.
I believe there is also another power outlet on the passenger side in the '03.5 .
Someone said the '03.5 has an electric engine cooling fan replacing the belt driven fan in the '03.
That's about all I can think of. G/L with your sale and it's replacement.

The MM if I am not mistaken works a little better. Interior trunk release, trunk open switch from the inside. Forget what else there was.
