Ok what the heck is that tubing on the front of the IC? Is that some kinda methonal for cooling?

It's a CO2 kit. It sprays CO2 on the IC to help it cool down the air more. Some other kits use NOS but CO2 is cheaper.

We ended the day yesterday with 481hp @ 15psi. This power was seen from 6-8000rpms. The tuner is sure that will be able to hit the low to mid 500's on pump gas.
I'm guessing he is around 600rwhp now.

Yeah he has some serious money in that thing. I can't imagine doing a 4.2 with a SC.

No, that's a different car. He did a custom fuel setup. Those aeromotive 1000 pumps are soooooo loud. Look on youtube for aeromotive 1000 and you'll find some clips. There is no way I could deal with having one of those on my daily driver, they are just too loud!
