okay...new to forum, new to driving, new to infiniti-so please don't laugh.

over the weekend i was riding along with some pretty aggressive drivers. they were driving around stepping on the pedal, rpms maxed, shifting gears in like .5 a second...all in an infiniti (one auto. one standard)

i drive an 03 automatic sedan. i learned to drive from my grandparents so aka like a grandma.

is it alright to "floor it"? the 7,8 rmp letters are in red so i'm guessing it's not the best to get it up there. are infiniti's designed for this aggressive driving? or is it not aggressive? hmmm...

haha! drive the hell out of your infiniti, she won't fail you! especially if she's stock she just loves goin to redline and she loves when you open her up! just be responsible and safe and make sure you can pay for the gas, it gets pricey! its good to feed some speed once in a while!

 

Just leave the VDC button alone!

 

If you want to keep your car around for a while and don't have the means to pay for a blown engine or tranny, I would not suggest that you drive like your friends.

 

The needle won't go further than 6 or so, so nice try.
