Discontinuing Sedan Nismo (Aero) Kit

I went to Performance Nissan today in Duarte and I was talking to Eddie from the NISMO dept. we were talking about body kits and he told me that they are stopping production on the Nismo kit for the 03/04 sedan. So I guess what is left out there is all there is with the exception for aftermarket Nismo kit made out of FG.

That is very unfortunate as prices will begin sky rocketing.

Luckily they will always have leftover green ones to go on my Emerald Mist sedan.

Good info.I think by the time the supply runs out there won't be that many people that's gonna want an 03-04 Sedan anyway.

Manufactures are required by law to stock/build parts for cars for at least 10 years. You should still be able to find them.

Ok, so If we like to keep cars for 10-15 yrs what happens if you get rear-ended or have a front impact and need the front bumper or rear under spoiler in say 2-3 yrs or so? U go back to stock

Well if they actually do discontinue them, the prices will be dirt cheap so they can get rid of inventory, just as the nismo wheels are dirt cheap right now. Look at the 19" maxima nismos, they were 1700-1800 a set last year, now they are 500. May have to buy an extra set if they do sell cheap.

I don't think the aero kit would be around that long since it's an accessory, so I don't think Nissan is required to keep making them.
