sunglasses holder

What good is the sunglasses holder if it isn't big enough to fit a normal size pair of sunglasses? What do most of you use that cubby hole for?

Re: sunglasses holder

Ironicly I use it to hold my small glasses cleaning kit. I agree though, my Persols have a hard time to fit in there and I'm sure none of the ladie's bolder style sunglasses will fit either...

It was probably an afterthought when Nissan designed the car...

Re: sunglasses holder

All my glasses fit fine in there! Are you wearing Fearless Fly's glasses or what?

Re: sunglasses holder

I think Nissan got the idea from Honda, except Honda has a much bigger space.

Re: sunglasses holder

All my glass fit just fine. I guess it depends on what style you wearing. I'm sure the Oakley sports won't fit due to its design.

Re: sunglasses holder

ABQ_G35,
FEARLESS FLY sunglasses, damn you're as old as I am!!
What a great response. Mine fit in there as well, but I remember Fearless Fly and when he used to donn those glasses his eyes would get bigger he would get stronger and remember when the glasses fell off...

My glasses, my glasses .. I can't see without my glasses...

Thanks for taking me back to my days as kid watching cartoons only Saturday morning, the era b4 cartoon network!

Re: sunglasses holder

My glasses fit fine too. What I do not use ever is the "Card holder" over the driver side door.

Re: sunglasses holder

My sunglasses fit fine too. Still not sure what to put in the card holder. Every once in a while I have to use a parking card but it is too thick for the holder, seems pointless to me.

DKnibb, LOL, glad someone else remembered that cartoon and didn't think it was "Super Fly", LOL!

LMaz, do like I did, just replace it with a handle, looks better too, and it's simple to do!

Re: sunglasses holder

My phone fits great in the compartment where the NAV should be. I stuffed it with a black washcloth for stability & phone protection.
One good thing came from being cheap the day I bought my G!

Re: sunglasses holder

Everytime I do get a parking ticket, I still can't put it in the card holder.. I have to take it with me to get it validated or use an ExpressPay station.

My clip-ons (or my wife's Serengeti's) fit in the sunglass compartment just fine.
